CBS Exotic Stones - Showroom Renovation

For CBS Exotic Stones, the goal was not simply a showroom but a building that tells the story behind every slab. The owners came to us with two problems they wanted solved together: an entrance that suffered from water issues and a façade that did not reflect the quality of the stone inside. In their words, they wanted to address the looks and the water issues and create a modern look.

The original program also included a second-floor office and conference mezzanine. When construction pricing came in, we helped the owners focus the budget where it would matter most to visitors.
