Bombay Baking Co - Fit-Up

Bombay Baking Co. is the work of a restaurateur behind several Boston-area concepts, and he knew exactly what he needed: a bakery that could produce at volume and sell beautifully, in an existing food-service space at 25 Olympia Avenue in Woburn. He signed our proposal in March 2024; we measured the space four days later.
