62 Crest Ave - New Family Home

The owners came to us in January 2023 with a vision board and a big idea for a small Revere lot: replace their modest house with a home that could carry three generations for decades. The existing structure would be fully demolished and rebuilt as a new family home designed around how they actually live.

We measured the site that month, worked through the design with them over the following weeks, and they signed off on the final design in March 2023.
