447 Dudley Road - New Residence (Concept)

Proposed design. For this new residence in Newton, we explored a contemporary home where architecture, landscape, light, materiality and lifestyle are conceived as one experience. The composition is bold yet restrained—sculptural exterior volumes and framed views give way to a central stair with a cascading light installation, a reflection pool, private wellness spaces, a golf room, a theater and generous areas for entertaining.
