215 Lake Ave - Lake House on Quinsigamond

Set on the shore of Lake Quinsigamond, this new home is organized to stay private toward the street and open fully toward the water. From the approach, a quiet stucco volume with a band of clerestory windows and a cedar-clad entry gives little away; behind it, the house steps down the slope to a covered deck, outdoor living spaces and expansive views of the lake.
