150 Lincoln Road - Multifamily Development (Concept)

Proposed design. At 150 Lincoln Road we were asked to rethink a site previously occupied by a single-family home as a four-unit residential development. The opportunity was bigger than fitting four homes onto the property: it meant balancing new housing with a sensitive site, creating privacy between residences, integrating parking without letting garages define the architecture and bringing natural light deep into each unit.
