146 Hight St - Play Cafe & Smoothie Bar

Transforming this ±2,797 SF vacant space into a multifunctional daycare, coworking, and smoothie bar facility required precise spatial planning. A primary challenge involved managing the international logistics and US safety standard compliance for custom UK-sourced play fixtures. We collaborated closely with the client, supplier, and local consultants to integrate these specialized elements, ensuring the final layout remained functional, safe, and code-compliant.
