13 Nahant St - Multifamily Condominiums

In Lynn's evolving waterfront district, 13 Nahant Street asked a lot of a constrained urban site: 18 condominiums, ground-floor commercial space, parking, an elevator and a layout that works around irregular geometry. Flow designed the building and stayed with it from the first sketches in 2021 through construction, the final affidavit and the sealed condominium plans in 2025.

Lynn issued the building permit in April 2023, and the real test began on site.
