Flow Design Architects is reimagining a 1948 Lynnfield residence as a contemporary family home of approximately 8,000 square feet. The proposed design retains existing masonry and foundations where possible and adds generous family spaces, bedroom suites and outdoor living areas, balancing the larger program with local zoning and the scale of the street.
