When the client is also the builder, the drawings have to work on site from day one. The owner of Fabio's Construction Inc. brought us his own home at 1196 Lowell Road in Concord: a 2,194-square-foot house he wanted to transform, through a complete gut renovation and addition, into a modern New England traditional home for his family.

We delivered the complete renovation permit set, structural calculations and renderings in June 2023, and confirmed that on a 3.4-acre lot the design sat well within the town's floor area limits.
