We had wanted to work with this developer for more than seven years. When the opportunity came, it was a rural property in North Attleboro and a clear challenge: create a small community of custom single-family homes under the town's open space development rules, protecting significant open land while establishing private access and buildable lots.

Each house was designed to fit the civil engineer's foundation and site plans precisely, so architecture, land planning and permitting could move together.
