1 Hammersmith Drive - Home Renovation & Addition

The owners sought to transform their traditional suburban residence into a contemporary home reflecting their lifestyle. The brief required a comprehensive exterior and interior modernization, including a new front entry, modern garage doors, updated windows, and railings. Interior goals included an open-concept first floor, a floating stair, and a reconfigured primary suite. Flow Design Architects balanced aesthetics and budget to fundamentally shift the home’s identity. The design emphasizes spatial flow, natural light, and a strong sense of arrival anchored by a new two-story entry.
