Position: Office Manager at Flow Design Architects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required (Examples: Management, Marketing, Communications, Languages, Graphic Design, B. Arch)

• Proficiency in English is required

• Spanish proficiency is desired

• Experience in writing proposal requests

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is desired

• Proficiency in Office Suite is required

Responsibilities: As the Office Manager at Flow Design Architects, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

• Phone answering and tracking

• Supply monitoring and ordering

• Event planning

• Marketing activities

• Sending invoices and collecting payments

• Updating and renewing licenses

• Organizing client list, contractor list, consultant lists, and others

• Responding Requests from Qualifications & Requests for Proposals

Your role will play a crucial part in enhancing Flow's overall office image, management, and coordination. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting Flow Principals on various missions and campaigns related to community outreach, training, and diversity/inclusion initiatives.
